Another strange food idea

Cube (small cubes) a beet, a sweet potato or some winter squash and a finely diced onion. Toss them into a skillet or wok along with a tiny bit of oil or butter. Stir fry until tender and slightly browned on the surface. Now add apple cubes, some dried berries, raisins and some walnuts. Stir fry just until warm and then finish with a bit of fig vinegar and yet to be determined spices (I need to smell it cooking but Asian Five Spice powder has potential).
While the veggie and fruit cook cooking prepare a bed of lightly steamed baby spinach on a plate and top it with a mound of whole wheat couscous cooked in vegetable stock.
Once the veggie, fruit, berry, nut mix is arm spoon over the couscous.
Possible additions, another veggie or fruit, topping with crumbled cheese of some type and/or pomagranete seeds. As a fancy touch a nice garnish would be a fig sliced in half lengthwise and a section of orange.
