My digital darkroom class started tonight. I have already learned several things including that I need to upgrade from Photoshop 7 to CS2 or CS3. I think there was something else but my brain is too tired to pull it up from my memory banks.

My wish list for photography related things is adding up to quite a lot of cash. The wish list will have to wait quite some time given the cost of the trip to Queensland.

I really wanted CS2..or 3.. but it was so much money. I suppose you can get away with just an upgrade though, right??? I didn't have a version, so I had to purchase a full version. I went el-cheapo and got Photoshop Elements 5.0

I can actually get an educational packaged version of CS2 for less than a commercial upgrade so I'll probably go that route.

Yeah oh noes...I am in to the tune of about 3-4 grand now. and only just today was I considering a D2xs. Yeah I would put that dude to work, but $4500? yikes.

I also want a lens pack that will be almost 5 grand too.

but they are the tools to get the work done.
