Before the list another question. Does anyone have opinions or experiences regarding places for having digital images printed? I need to take a few of my shots from the first day of the photography class at Taltree with me to the second day of the workshop. For these, I'll be getting 4 X 6 inch prints but I am also curious about larger sizes. My local choices would be Walgreens, CVS, and possibly K-Mart. There is also a Target in Valpo. I'll need to go with one of those for the shots to take to Taltree but I would be interested in mail based services for future projects. I'll need to take prints or slides with me to future photography club meetings.
- Last lecture of the semester is today. Yippee. Even though I like teaching by this point in the semester the baggage of things I wish I would have done differently has grown heavy and I look forward to a fresh beginning.
- We are under a flood watch today. Not surprising since yesterday morning the water was over the road near various creeks and in lows spots.
- I need this weekend to be about regrouping, decluttering, and generally resetting me and my life. I am slipping back into less that optimal patterns.
- I suppose I should be grateful to aching body parts today. I forgot to reset my alarm last night and might have overslept had it not been for the pains.
- I am so hungry for fresh from the garden veggies; I am looking forward to summer weather for the first time in my life.
- You know you live in a small town when a fender bender warrants three patrol cars. Such an occurrence happened on the corner outside my house last night.
