Thinking about this as a change of pace for my bedding. I am feeling very drawn to shades of red/crimson at the moment but I want to keep the room at the new place from feeling to heavy or dark. Still daydreaming about possible wall colors since they can be something other than white.

I love it.. and I think it will give you the colors you want while not being overwhelming. Then again, I'm biased... we did the whole house in dark red :)

Oh I know how you feel about getting to choose wall colors! I want to hurry up and paint so I can enjoy it. Seems we only get a notion to do it, right before we move and need to neutralize everything. :(

I like it, and it's not a real bold red so won't over power what ever else you have going on. I'd like to have that in my room and I'm not a "red" person at all, however, it would contrast nicely with my green carpet.
