Dry Eyes

This is ridiculous. Despite two kinds of eye drops, my eyes are so dry that it is giving me a headache.

Have you tried the preservative-free drops? I have lupus and Sjogren's and the doctor said that the preservatives in bottled eye drops can cause further irritation. The stuff without preservatives are the type that come in individual-use sizes. "Refresh Plus" is the brand I use.

Thank you. I'll pick up some of the single use drops. I hadn't made the connection about preservatives.

Have you tried a weak solution of boric acid and distilled water? Very refreshing. I have hay fever eyes and it's the only thing that cleans them and refreshes.
