Back home again

destabeeCR and I had a leisurely morning. We lingered over breakfast that included especially yummy French toast. Then we headed east on Hwy 12 and I pointed out the Lithuanian market, the Swedish bakery and a few other things before we headed south through an area with lots of grape and apple production and wineries until we ended up at Apple Valley market. At the market I picked up some interesting things and stocked up on one of life's essential -- organic popcorn. Our route back was slightly different so that we could go through Three Oaks where we stopped for lunch at Froelich's. As we passed through New Buffalo we took a detour and stopped at the beach for a few minutes in the sun. Back in Indiana I showed here where to find a couple more free beaches and she gave me a tour of her place. All that and I was home by 2. Sadly it is quite hot and so my afternoon will involve much time spent sitting in front of the fan.
