Dinner

• Two small pieces of cheese. One of Tallegio (Italy) which is a washed rind cheese, pungent aromas with a nutty flavor and one of Cypress Grove "Moon Mountain" (California) which is a goat cheese that is aged for 12 months
• Two small roasted beets
• A handful of walnuts
• A handful of sweet cherries
• Rosemary flat bread

One of the upsides to being single is that no one complains when I have an un-dinner
