Another good resource for finding what is locally in season. This one from the National Resources Defense Council. We are abut two weeks behind normal here in NW Indiana.
Interesting graphics to look at the breakdown of Clinton and Obama votes by state and various characteristics of the voter can be found here. I hope the link stays live because I would like to use this as an illustration in stats and methods.

So far the worst of the flooding and storms are missing this part of NW Indiana. Some parts of the state received 11 inches of rain in the last few days.
