My dream kitchen is a cozy place. The colors are the browns, golds, oranges, rusts, and dusty greens of autumn and of spices. The surfaces are clean but feel aged but loved. There are open shelves for the commonly used kitchenware. My bowls, plates, pitchers, are chosen for both beauty and function. The cupboards are filled with simple whole foods (e.g. grains, beans, spices, dried fruits, and nuts).

Fiesta is celebrating its upcoming 75th anniversary be releasing limited editions of retired colors. There is a post over at the kitchn that talks about the retro releases as well as new releases. For that dream kitchen I want a set of the mixing bowls in this year's retro color marigold yellow.
