(no subject)

Only a mental photo this time but I just looked outside and saw three different kinds of woodpeckers (red-bellied, hairy, and downy) all within a few feet of each other which was cool. My feeders have also seen two of the less frequent visitors today -- blue jay and a tufted titmouse. It is another gray day here but there is a chance of sun tomorrow which would be nice.

Too bad my lease forbids pets. I really need a cat so that cat stories can break up the bird reports. That or I need more of a life to talk about. At least the birds reports are better than talking about all the online quizzes I am busy creating or the homework sets I am preparing for the statistics class.

Let's see what else from my world. Limpa is strange, I am not sure what to do with it other than toast. The gym was much easier than I expected this morning. Fortunately I seemed to slip in between to waves so I had the pool to myself for a few minutes which was nice.

I was poking around on www.emusic.com yesterday and found a couple of new to me artists that I like. One of them is Amy Sky
another was Alison Brown.
