( The strange glow in the sky is the sun and the sky showed bits of blue -- amazing )
When I snuck away to grab lunch there was even more blue in the sky so I made a quick trip to Red Mill County Park which looks like ( this in January. )
PNC's pond looked like ( this )
A few more photos are at flickr.com None are all that great as photos go but they do show a bit of what my world is like this unusually mild and snow free January.
Not much else to talk about in my world. Last two classes met for the first time yesterday. Gender should be interesting as the class has a wide variety of types of people in it. Other than teaching, my time this week is being spent on reviewing files for two positions in our department. I need to stop wasting my time bringing work home in the evenings. The energy just isn't there to do anything productive and if it is it should go to something that brings me pleasure rather than adding to the 8-10 hours a day I am already spending on campus. I am looking forward to the three day weekend.
